{"id":3992,"date":"2024-02-25T22:23:33","date_gmt":"2024-02-25T22:23:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stari-imotski.com\/?p=3992"},"modified":"2024-02-25T22:23:33","modified_gmt":"2024-02-25T22:23:33","slug":"kapurali","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stari-imotski.com\/?p=3992","title":{"rendered":"Kapurali"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Kapurali iz ku\u017eine Tornade Zen \u0106osi\u0107.<br>Svaka imotska ku\u0107a ima svoje male tajne za pripravu kapurala te se daje recept za kapurale iz kuharice Maje Nikoli\u0107 \u201cImotski na pjatu\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 glavica doma\u0107eg kiselog kupusa<br>\u2013 1 kg mije\u0161anog mesa (svinjetina,teletina i junetina)<br>\u2013 1oo gr doma\u0107e suhe slanine<br>\u2013 1 jaje<br>\u2013 1 manja kapula<br>\u2013 4-5 \u010desana luka<br>\u2013 nekoliko klin\u010di\u0107a<br>\u2013 1 \u017eli\u010dica korijandula<br>\u2013 petrusimul<br>\u2013 slatka crvena paprika<br>\u2013 papar<br>\u2013 sol<br>ZAPR\u017dAK<br>\u2013 2 \u017elice bra\u0161na<br>\u2013 1 kapula<br>\u2013 1 \u017elica masti,ili ulja<br>\u2013 1 \u017elica kon\u0161erve<br>\u2013 vegeta<br>\u2013 1 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Listovi kupusa dobro se operu. Meso se melje zajedno s lukom, kapulom i slaninom, zatim se doda papar, sol, crvena paprika, isjeckani petrusimul i jaje, pa sve to mije\u0161a rukom. Ovu smjesu se zamota u listove kupusa, pa tako pripremljene kapurale sla\u017eemo u te\u0107u. Preostale listove kupusa tanko nare\u017eemo i stavljamo izme\u0111u i po slo\u017eenim kapuralima s klin\u010di\u0107ima i korijandulom. Na dnu te\u0107e mo\u017ee se staviti nekoliko ko\u017eica slanine, komadi june\u0107eg mi\u0161i\u0107a s kosti ili svinjetina. Posebno se napravi zapr\u017eak. Na ulje ili mast stavi se isjeckana kapula i bra\u0161no, pa se za\u017euti na laganoj vatri, dolije 1-2 \u010da\u0161e vode i dodaju vegeta, kon\u0161erva i \u0161e\u0107er. Lagano se prokuha da ostane rijetko. Zapr\u017eak se prelije po slo\u017eenim kapuralima i dolije vode da sve popliva. Kapurali se kuhaju u ekpres loncu 15 minuta, a u obi\u010dnoj te\u0107i nekoliko sati.
