Mlijeko, mast i \u0161e\u010der se stavi da uzavre te se doda bra\u0161no i neka prokuha. Tada se digne sa vatre i kad malko ohladi dodaju se jaja i rum, smije\u0161a dobro i frigaju fritule.<br \/>\nFritule su poznata dalmatinska slastica koja se tradicionalno priprema za Badnjak. Nema Badnjaka bez fritula i obitelj se na Badnjak okupljala oko doma\u0107ice koja ih je pripremala.
