Bo\u017ei\u0107, Nova godina, pa nadolaze\u0107i Krnjeval \u201etra\u017eili\u201c su puni stol. Me\u0111u brojnim portadama bilo je svega i sva\u010dega, me\u0111utim one male tanke kobasice nisu smjele nedostajati. A te kobasice, koje smo zvali luganige, kao da su danas zaboravljene. Sjetila sam ih se kao jo\u0161 jedan sitni detalj koji je izme\u0111u ostalog, obilje\u017eio na\u0161u ml<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">adost. Pola kg nemasnog svinjskog mesa, kojemu su otklonjene sve \u017eilice i 25 dkg slanine \u0161to sitnije isjeckati, dodati nekoliko zrna korijandera i malo usitnjenoga papra. Masu treba rukama dobro zgnje\u010diti, pa pokriveno krpom pustiti da preno\u0107i, a onda puniti tanka bravlja crijeva i vezivati ih u paru. Luganige kratko popr\u017eiti, pa skuhati u juhi s ri\u017eom, a mi smo ih pripremali i s le\u0107om. Svaka imotska doma\u0107ica koja dr\u017ei do sebe, oboga\u0107ivala je ovaj osnovni recept nekim samo njoj poznatim za\u010dinima, koji su pojedinim luganigama davali specifi\u010dni okus.
